A certified copy is a faithful and accurate reproduction of its original authorized before a Notary for the purpose of obtaining or giving notice to an administrative or fiscal proceeding to accompany any report requested by any authority and that may be submitted to a judicial, ministerial, or fiscal authority, or granted to the requestor a copy to provide legal effects for the above purposes.
