PARTIES INVOLVED
Settlor: Natural or legal person who establishes a trust to use goods or rights to perform a legal and specific purpose and trust said performance to a credit institution.
Trustee: Is the person who on behalf of the settlor is in charge of performing the trust. Only the institutions expressly authorized can be a trustee according to the Credit Institutions General Law.
Fiduciary: Is a natural or legal person who obtains benefits derived from the trust.

- Copy of valid identification
- General data format
- Resident Proof (not exceeding the last 3 months)
